Delete your account
Request account deletion by emailing support@uplay.io, or delete your account in the Luma Heist app.

Email support@uplay.io from the email address associated with your account and request account deletion. We may ask you to verify account ownership.
In the Luma Heist app
On the home screen, open Settings, tap Delete Account, verify your account, and confirm deletion.
Your data
Deletion removes your server account and associated saved progress, coin and booster balances, and account data across UPlay games. Game data stored locally on your device stays on your device.
Non-identifying payment-reference hashes are retained indefinitely to prevent duplicate purchase credits.
